চাকরিতে প্রবেশের বয়সসীমা বৃদ্ধিতে দ্বিমত কোথায়  চাকরিতে প্রবেশের বয়সসীমা ৩৫ বছরে উন্নীত করার যে আন্দোলন চলছে সেটা আসলে কতটা যৌক্তিক । এ ব‍্যাপারটাতে আমার দ্বিমত আছে ।  কেন বয়সসীমা বাড়ানোটা ঠিক হবে না তার কয়েকটা কারণ বলি-  এক.  বয়সসীমা বাড়ালে বেকারের সংখ্যাও বৃদ্ধি পাবে কারণ ততদিনে আরো তিন/চারটা নতুন ব‍্যাচ চাকরির বাজারে প্রবেশ করবে । যা চাকরির  বাজারে সংকট তৈরী করবে ।  দুই.  এটা ফ্রেশ গ্রেজ‍্যুয়েটদের জন‍্য হতাশার কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়াবে । কারণ ইতঃপূর্বে চার/পাঁচটা ব‍্যাচ চাকরির জন‍্য নিজেদের তৈরী করে নিচ্ছে। সদ‍্য গ্রেজ‍্যুয়েশ শেষ করা একটা ছেলে, চার/পাঁচ বছর ধরে প্রিপারেশন নিতে থাকা একটা ছেলের থেকে পিছিয়ে থাকবে স্বাভাবিক । উপরন্তু প্রতিযোগীর সংখ‍্যাও দ্বিগুন থেকে তিনগুন বেড়ে যাবে ।  এক্ষেত্রে প্রতিযোগিতার মাধ‍্যমে যোগ‍্য প্রার্থী নির্বাচনে বৈষম্য তৈরি হবে।  তিন.  দেশে চাকরি প্রত‍্যাশীর তুলনায় কর্মসংস্থানের পরিমাণ অনেক কম।  সরকারি ক্ষেত্রে তা আরো নগণ্য । এক্ষেত্রে কর্মসংস্থানের পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি না করে চাকরিতে প্রবেশের বয়সসীমা বাড়ানোটা তেমন ফলপ...
